If youβre looking for an authentic British tea experience, look no further than The Old English Tea Shoppe & Cafe! This place is the real deal and absolutely worth every penny. The tea was fantastic, and everything we enjoyed from the sandwiches and freshly baked pastries to the quiche, was made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every bite was delicious and beautifully presented. Everything was served promptly, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They took the time to explain everything and made us feel truly special and cared for throughout our visit. If you canβt hop on a plane to London, this is the next best thing! Itβs a wonderful taste of authentic British tea time right here at home. I highly recommend The Old English Tea Shoppe & Cafe to anyone who loves good food, wonderful tea, and genuine hospitality.

I had an amazing experience eating here. The food was really tasty and the Tea was definitely the best I have tried. I cannot remember the name of what I ordered but I got the Special for the day which was half sausage and the other half was apple pie. I also got their earl grey which was a perfect temperature and very smooth. The waitress who helped me was very kind. As for the ambiance itself, The Old English Tea Shoppe & Cafe is very calm and inviting. The decorations they have are appealing and the footballer signed memorabilia was something I thought to be especially cool.

This restaurant was like stepping into England, with all the old world charm. My daughter and I had a scrumptious breakfast. She did not like the English sausage, but I did. She loved the scrambled eggs and toast. I thought the tea service was delightful. I tried the medium Black tea that Sophie recommended. I had the Lamb roll with a side of beans, which were all delicious. The beans were tangy. The Lamb roll was savory and fun to try. We tried the assortment of tea time desserts, which were chef's choice. My favorite was the cheesecake and my daughter's was the baked meringue with cream and berries, which the server called Eaton mess.

My husband and I attended their themed lunch last weekend and the experience was absolutely incredible. Ambiance was cozy. The lunch roast was truly Texas-sized. It was easily one of the best roasts weβve ever had. The chicken was fall-off-the-bone tender, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The three-course meal was exceptional from start to finish with every dish thoughtfully prepared and delicious. In addition to the outstanding food, our server, Sophie, was warm, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. We also greatly appreciated the chef personally coming out to confirm whether the themed dessert was suitable for us, as it contained gin. That level of care and attention was impressive, and the dessert itself was spectacular. Finally, we were especially impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the Shoppe manager who took the time to check on guests and ensure everyone was enjoying their experience. That is true hospitality, and it made our visit even more memorable. We look forward to returning again soon.

It has become a tradition to take my mom for Tea for Motherβs Day / Birthday. This place never disappoints. The atmosphere is filled with pictures of London and it smells delicious. I havenβt had any of the dishes there but I plan to go back to enjoy the food. The sausage rolls are delicious and I really enjoy the different type of teas they have and the pastries are fantastic!
